Leadership is where it begins!

If we were attempting to define leadership in a general sense, it would certainly be an arduous task. However, in the context of my personal experience and my personal research, it becomes apparent that there are many familiar and recurring leadership elements that seem to readily come to mind. I do believe leadership involves a rare breed of men and women who have the unique ability to move people from a deeper emotional level. They inspire people and stand for something, while helping people set and achieve goals. I believe that leadership involves the innate ability to create buy-in from followers, through emotional intelligence. That is, the art of recognizing and discerning people's emotions and feelings, then tapping into those emotions to help followers see the vision.

Who is the SME to Leader course for?

This course is for individuals seeking to become people leaders as well as existing leaders who desire to become better leaders of people, teams and functions.

Can I take the course at my own pace?

Sure! This is a on demand course that will allow you to go at your own pace based on your schedule.

How long will it take me to complete the coursework?

Although the course is less than 2 and half hours of content and can be completed in one setting, most choose to complete the course over 1-2 days. It includes case studies and a quiz after each module.

Will I recieve a certificate?

Yes. Your certificate will be awarded after the completion of the course.
